Job Description
TecNsol is seeking a confident Admissions & Marketing Manager to handle student inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and in‑person; advise prospective students on IT programs (Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, E‑Commerce); convert leads and manage the admissions process. The role will support social media campaigns, produce short promotional videos and reels, and appear in institute content.
- Requirements: excellent communication and persuasive counseling skills, strong social media proficiency, basic video and presentation abilities (editing is a plus), and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Full-time; salary Rs40,00–Rs60,00/month plus commission and performance incentives.
- Preferred: minimum 1 year of student counseling experience.
