Job Description
We are inviting applications for the position of Associate within our Retail Operations team at Techsurge Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for processing activities within the Centralized Accounts Management Unit (CAM) to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing account opening forms, verifying customer requests, and efficiently activating accounts, with an emphasis on achieving a processing accuracy rate of 99%.
We are looking for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of online banking products.
