Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Female Customer Order Confirmation & Data Entry Representative to ensure smooth order processing. This role involves calling customers for order confirmation, verifying shipping addresses, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm COD orders and addresses.
- Provide friendly customer support.
- Handle objections and persuade customers.
- Track shipments for timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate order records using Excel.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, customer service experience, basic Excel skills, fluent in English and Urdu.
