Job Description
Position: Full-time Automation Specialist
Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
Location: In-person
Mission: Our goal is to transform business processes into efficient automations while providing comprehensive documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design BPMN-style workflows and implement them using n8n, Make, or GHL.
- Integrate various platforms including CRMs, inboxes, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Airtable/Sheets, and webhooks.
- Manage error handling, retries, alerts, and maintain an organized template library.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in n8n (self-host) nodes, triggers, webhooks, and knowledgeable in Make/Zapier.
- Strong understanding of API authentication, JSON transformations, mapping, filters, and branching.
- Ability to produce clear documentation including SOPs and runbooks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GHL, Airtable automations, Google Apps Script, and document generation (Docs/Slides).
- Familiarity with basic SQL for logging and dashboard creation.
