Job Description
Technics Garments is looking for a committed Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective policies that align with our operational objectives, improve the efficiency of production and supply chain processes, and manage the entire production cycle from order to dispatch. Key responsibilities include driving continuous workflow enhancements, collaborating with quality assurance teams, and setting precise goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations team.
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,00.00 to Rs200,00.00. Qualified applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience as an Operations Manager. The position is located in Sialkot Gpo and requires in-person attendance.
