Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Coordinator to support the CEO, coordinate cross-departmental activities, and maintain efficient day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities include managing executive schedules and meetings, handling stakeholder communications and documentation, supporting procurement with vendor comparisons and market research, and performing general administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will present a polished, professional demeanor, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace. Strong time management, multitasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities are required.
