Job Description
Tech Harbour Services is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to serve as the vital link between our company and valued customers.
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Follow communication scripts for various topics.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Take advantage of upselling opportunities.
- Build sustainable customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in our database.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication skills and active listening.
- Focused with a results-oriented approach.
Salary: Rs30,00 + uncapped commission. Full-time position, 2 PM to 10 PM, located in New Garden Town, Lahore.
