Job Description
TARA GROUP PAKISTAN seeks a Regional Sales Manager based in KPK to lead and develop the field sales team, expand and strengthen the dealer network, and ensure delivery of high‑quality field services to farmers. This full‑time, in‑person position requires a B.Sc. (Hons) or M.Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture and 5–6 years of relevant rural sales experience.
- Responsibilities: team management and coaching, dealer development, performance monitoring, and farmer support.
