Job Description
Talent Ibex is on the lookout for a committed Fraud and Risk Agent to oversee and assess transactions for any unusual or suspicious activities. In this capacity, you will investigate potential fraud cases and work closely with various teams to strengthen our preventive measures. Flexibility with your schedule is essential, as this role requires availability during nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor transactions for high-risk behaviors.
- Conduct investigations into fraud cases and suspicious activities.
- Analyze trends in fraud and contribute to the development of prevention strategies.

Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in fraud detection or risk management.
