Job Description
Job Objective: Oversee solar installation teams to ensure consistent quality and project advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform site assessments and inspections for optimal installation.
- Track daily progress on-site to ensure timely completion.
- Establish and maintain quality control standards.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials, placing orders as necessary.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians.
- Collaborate with customers to deliver exceptional support.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
- Technical education in electrical or renewable energy.
Education: DAE / B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics
Experience: Minimum 2 years in solar installation and supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
