Job Description
Sybrid Pvt Ltd, a distinguished member of The Lakson Group of Companies, is seeking a committed Customer Relations Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound customer calls, delivering precise information about our products, and addressing inquiries to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Documenting calls, updating our CRM system, and elevating unresolved issues to the appropriate channels.
