Job Description
Campaign: Outbound
Salary Range: PKR 35,00 (plus performance-based incentives)
Benefits: Medical coverage, Group life insurance, EOBI
Requirements: Excellent English speaking skills.
Job Duties:
– Answer calls professionally
– Respond to customer inquiries
– Handle and resolve customer complaints
– Provide information on products and services
– Process orders and applications
– Identify and escalate priority issues
– Coordinate with departments for follow-ups
– Generate and follow up on business leads
– Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Type: Full-time

Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
