Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, leveraging CRM tools, and conducting strategic meetings with corporate clients to drive business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform leads into sales through effective outreach and follow-up.
- Ensure accurate reporting by maintaining comprehensive client data.
- Deliver compelling real estate solutions to corporate clients.
- Partner with marketing teams to enhance lead generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales.
