Job Description
Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead our operational strategy in the real estate and construction sectors. The COO will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining quality standards, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Formulate strategies, oversee project execution, manage daily operations, and foster innovation within the construction industry.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; MBA is preferred; a minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate or construction with significant leadership experience; exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential.
