Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to grow and retain a portfolio of high-value clients by establishing trusted partnerships and delivering tailored financial solutions. The role requires identifying cross-sell opportunities, coordinating internal teams, and leading negotiations to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
- Manage the full client lifecycle and ensure exceptional service
- Use CRM tools to monitor performance, forecast growth, and produce reports
- Lead contract discussions and collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams
Requirements: 5+ years in relationship or client management (financial services preferred), bachelor’s degree, strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Leadership experience and CRM proficiency are preferred.
