Job Description
We are actively looking for an HR Executive to oversee our recruitment, training, and employee performance programs. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in Human Resources and a comprehensive understanding of labor laws.
Key responsibilities include designing compensation packages, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing employee grievances. You will assess training requirements, coordinate learning initiatives, and manage the HR budget. We offer full-time, part-time, and internship positions. Salary ranges from Rs25,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month.
