Sparking Asia is currently searching for a dedicated Customer Care Representative (CCR) with exceptional English communication skills to join our dynamic team. This position operates Monday through Saturday from 9 PM to 6 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and submit proposals on freelance platforms such as Upwork.
- Engage in professional communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the internal team to enhance service delivery.
