Job Description
Spark Scale is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to drive business development for Web Development, Digital Marketing, and SEO services. The role requires daily monitoring of Upwork, crafting tailored persuasive proposals, managing initial client communications, scheduling technical interviews, optimizing agency and freelancer profiles, and maintaining daily logs of bids, responses, interviews, and conversion rates.
- Requirements: proven Upwork bidding experience, excellent written English, familiarity with Upwork strategies and client behavior, and the ability to work independently to meet daily targets.
