Job Description
SP Sourcing Agency is seeking a proactive Sales Officer to grow facility management services in Karachi. The field position involves client acquisition, site assessments, contract negotiations, vendor coordination, renewals and upselling. This full-time role is primarily on the road.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of field sales experience (facility management preferred).
- Sector knowledge: Solid familiarity with Karachi’s corporate, industrial, and banking markets.
- Requirements: Motorbike and valid driving license, smartphone for reporting, strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Schedule & compensation: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Salary Rs40,00/month plus incentives, fuel and mobile allowance. Clear career path to sales management.
