Job Description
South Punjab Hospital, a premier healthcare provider in Multan, is on the lookout for a dedicated and professional Call Operator. This essential role involves handling both incoming and outgoing calls, acting as the initial point of contact for patients, families, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include answering calls, providing accurate information, redirecting inquiries, managing call records, assisting with appointment scheduling, and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information.
Qualifications: Candidates with a bachelor’s degree are preferred. Experience in healthcare or customer service is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English are mandatory.
