Job Description
Location: PECHS Block 3, Karachi
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Salary: Up to 60k
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to oversee the complete recruitment process and enhance our HR operations. Experience in a software house environment will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment
- Collaborate with department leaders
- Maintain comprehensive employee records
- Assist in implementing HR policies
- Support employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of HR experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Preference for male candidates
