Job Description
SmartTalent is looking for a dedicated Performance Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Your key responsibilities will include audience targeting, collaborating with creative teams, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure the highest ROI.
