Job Description
SmartTalent is seeking an AWS Cloud Support Associate to provide essential first-level support for AWS cloud services and infrastructure issues. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring system performance, managing a variety of AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS, and efficiently responding to support tickets.
We are looking for qualified candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs150,00, participation in an on-call rotation, and collaboration with our engineering teams.
