Job Description
Smart Placement is looking for a committed Senior Reservation Officer to become a valuable member of our team. In this position, you will oversee individual, group, and corporate reservations across multiple channels, while mentoring and supervising junior staff members. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate booking records, managing room availability, and facilitating effective communication between various departments.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and excellent communication skills are crucial to success in this role.
