Job Description
Smart Brains Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. seeks a full-time Team Leader to manage an ACA, Medicare, and MVA insurance campaign for a major telecommunications client in I-9/3 Islamabad. Compensation ranges from Rs50,00 to Rs100,00 per month plus performance bonuses (base up to Rs100,00).
Key requirements:
- BPO/call center experience
- Proven team-building, coaching, and leadership skills
- Minimum six months in a similar leadership role
- Experience managing agents
