Job Description
SMA Engineering & Services is currently seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering coupled with 5 to 8 years of experience in building construction, particularly in a governmental project context from the contractor’s standpoint.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive cost estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
- Submitting Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
- Creating Variation Orders (VOs) and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Performing quantity verification and site measurements.
- Collaborating with site and technical teams.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
