Job Description
Skylink Distributions (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and professional Help Desk Officer to join our team in Clifton Block 4, Karachi. We invite applications from qualified female candidates who have completed at least intermediate or are graduates. Candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
This full-time position requires the individual to handle national and international calls with professionalism, greet visitors according to established protocols, and maintain logs of visitors, calls, and attendance. The selected candidate will efficiently file data, update records, and perform reception duties while ensuring compliance with HR guidelines. Additional tasks will be assigned by the HR/Admin Manager as needed.
Applicants must be proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
