Job Description
Sky Globe Consultancy is on the lookout for a polished, confident, and efficient Female Front Desk Officer to be the face of our organization. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in upholding our professional image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Efficiently manage incoming phone calls
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate and manage appointment schedules
- Handle correspondence and respond to emails
- Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes
- Assist with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills a must
