Job Description
SKIN XPERTS is currently looking for a committed Chat Support Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication abilities, an intermediate or higher level of education, and fluency in Urdu along with mid-level English skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer inquiries via WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
- Resolving customer issues and ensuring all messages are addressed.
- Confirming orders and providing real-time updates to customers.
- Driving sales and promoting our products effectively.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
