Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our in-person location. This full-time role offers a salary of PKR 75,00–150,00, operates on a 12-hour shift schedule, and includes 4 leave days per month.
- Manage and supervise store staff; enforce company policies and safety procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, control stock levels, and coordinate supplier orders.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and exceptional customer service; resolve complaints promptly.
- Monitor sales performance, implement improvement strategies, and prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Requirements: 3–5 years of store management experience, strong leadership, communication, and inventory control skills.
