Job Description
As an E-commerce Operations and Accounts professional at Shiwantek, you will manage the operational and financial aspects of our e-commerce business. This involves overseeing order processing, financial transactions, and ensuring excellent customer communication.
Key Responsibilities: Manage order cycles, handle financial transactions, oversee accounts receivable/payable, and prepare financial reports. You will also coordinate logistics to ensure timely product delivery and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications: Proven experience in e-commerce operations, familiarity with e-commerce platforms, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
