Shahnawaz Pvt Limited invites applications for the position of HR Associate. In this pivotal role, you will significantly contribute to enhancing employee engagement and retention. Your key responsibilities will include crafting job descriptions, overseeing employee assignments, managing task reallocations, and developing engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will analyze feedback from exit interviews and establish important performance metrics related to talent retention.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related disciplines, accompanied by 3-5 years of relevant HR experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential attributes for this role.

The starting salary is Rs60,00.00 per month, complemented by a range of additional benefits.
