Job Description
We are seeking a confident, fair, and hands-on Salon Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations, lead and mentor staff, enforce discipline and SOPs, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and coordinate with reception and senior management. The role requires managing team performance, maintaining service standards, and implementing salon policies.
- Qualifications: Female candidates with 3+ years in people management (Floor/Salon Manager or Team Lead) and a bachelor’s degree.
- Skills: strong leadership, clear communication, and calmness under pressure.
- Terms: Full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs35,00–45,00/month.
