Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to direct daily operations of a mixed crop and livestock farm. The successful candidate will plan planting and harvesting schedules, supervise and train farm staff, maintain machinery and infrastructure, and ensure animal welfare and biosecurity compliance.
- Requirements: Minimum 5 years farming experience; proven leadership; knowledge of crop rotation, livestock care, and equipment maintenance; basic business management skills.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
