Job Description
Sensible BPO is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our vibrant HR team. This internship presents an invaluable opportunity to acquire practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations within a dynamic BPO setting.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR executives in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing documentation. Key responsibilities include assisting in the hiring process, supporting onboarding activities, and participating in initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, demonstrate strong communication abilities, and be proficient in MS Office. Prior internship experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
