Job Description — Retail Sales Executive
Position Title: Retail Sales Executive
Mode of Work: Onsite (Field-based role)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 09:30 AM – 06:00 PM
Locations: Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot
About the Role
Scaleup Connect is hiring Retail Sales Executives for a client. The role focuses on driving EPC and installer sales for solar products through field visits, client relationship development, coordination with distributors, and structured sales reporting across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage EPC and installer retail sales within assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC clients and installer networks
- Drive market development and client conversion activities
- Track SI, SO & ST performance and submit weekly sales reports
- Coordinate order execution with logistics, distributor, and technical teams
- Maintain CRM entries, pipeline tracking, and account documentation
- Support the achievement of territory revenue and sales targets
- Identify and onboard new installer partners to expand channel network
Mandatory Skills
- Proven field sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
- CRM & sales reporting exposure
- EPC segment familiarity (preferred)
- Relationship management, follow-up discipline, and client handling
Tools & Software
- CRM platforms (basic proficiency)
- MS Excel & reporting sheets
- WhatsApp and field communication tools
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant field experience
- Energy / EPC exposure preferred
Preferred Industry Background
- Energy / Solar
- EPC Distribution
- Installer Sales
