Job Description
Savvital is seeking a dedicated Freight Dispatch Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes, ensuring that freight is picked up and delivered efficiently. You will provide shipping details to customers, review logs of truck drivers, and document all calls, deliveries, and routes for pickups. Completing paperwork related to shipments, including invoices, is also essential. You will handle customer complaints and inquiries, as well as negotiate rates and delivery timelines.
