Job Description
Join our finance team as a Winback and Collections Specialist. You will engage lapsed customers to restore accounts and resolve overdue balances through respectful, persistent outreach by phone, email, and SMS.
- Negotiate payment plans and secure recoveries to meet KPIs;
- Accurately document interactions in the CRM;
- Coordinate with billing and legal teams on escalations.
Ideal candidates have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in collections or customer retention, basic financial literacy, CRM proficiency, and the ability to handle sensitive data professionally under pressure.
