Job Description
Sajiero, located in Nazimabad No.1 near Eidgah Ground, is looking for a proactive Customer Support Associate to join our team. This full-time position requires working from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling courier bookings, making order confirmation calls, and managing shipper advice. Additionally, you will respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
A positive attitude and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. Previous experience in customer support, logistics, or e-commerce is highly regarded.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month.
