Job Description
Riz Solutions is seeking experienced, in-office Taxi Dispatchers to support a UK client. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, taking airport and local bookings via phone, email, and online channels; entering fares into client software; dispatching jobs; coordinating with drivers and clients; handling email and live chat; and upholding the client’s brand standards.
- Requirements: fluent English (British accent preferred), 2+ years call center experience (taxi dispatch preferred), strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Night shifts on a rota, 8–10 hour shifts. Training provided. Salary: Rs70,00–Rs90,00/month. Positions full- and part-time.
