Job Description
Rise Business Solutions is hiring a full-time, in-person Call Center Executive for our U.S. Business Development team. The role involves making outbound calls, building and nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, managing the sales cycle, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline.
- Requirements: fluent spoken and written English; strong persuasive communication and problem-solving skills; self-motivated; prior sales or customer service/telephone sales experience; professional email etiquette; basic proficiency with softphones and CRM systems.
- Compensation & benefits: Rs30,00–50,00/month + commission, paid leave, holidays, and annual reviews. Shift: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM.
