Job Description
Rexen Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Executive to join our team at G8 Markaz Islamabad. Our corporate headquarters is based in England. This full-time, office-based role requires employees to be available from 12 PM to 9 PM during the summer months and from 1 PM to 10 PM in the winter.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, conducting comprehensive interviews, and negotiating job offers with candidates.
Requirements: Candidates should hold a BBA or MBA in Human Resources and possess 1-2 years of relevant recruiting experience. Strong communication skills and familiarity with recruitment techniques are essential.
