Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead and execute our financial strategy, oversee reporting, budgeting, treasury, and enterprise risk management. The CFO will manage accounting and regulatory compliance, provide strategic counsel to the executive team, maintain investor and bank relationships, and drive improvements in financial planning and performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CMA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in senior finance roles with demonstrated leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Key responsibilities: financial strategy, forecasting, cash management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting.
