Job Description
REDot Studios seeks an on-site Chat Support Representative for our Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore office. Only Lahore-based applicants will be considered. This full-time role involves managing live chat, resolving customer issues, documenting interactions, assisting with troubleshooting, recommending solutions, and proactively engaging potential customers online.
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex cases.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or higher.
- Required: strong written English, good computer literacy, confidence in online outreach, and a goal-driven attitude. Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
