Job Description
Rawal Feeds is seeking a professional and polished female receptionist to become the first point of contact for our esteemed clients and visitors, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Oversee front desk operations and maintain a clean reception area.
- Support scheduling and handle correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficient in MS Office.
