Job Description
Are you enthusiastic about delivering outstanding guest experiences? Ramada by Wyndham Islamabad is looking for a dedicated Guest Service Officer (GSO) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:
- Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction and comfort.
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Foster strong relationships with guests and address their needs effectively.
- Coordinate communication between various departments to ensure seamless operations.
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary starting at Rs45,00. Work will be conducted in-person at our hotel.

Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
