Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Export Officer to join our team at Serena Hotel, Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive and professional attitude while coordinating with airlines and customers on flight bookings, confirmations, and providing shipment statuses.
Responsibilities include keeping records of customer interactions, providing feedback on customer service efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Marketing and possess strong communication skills.
