Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Coordinators. Please note that only recent graduates from the years 2024 or 2025 are eligible to apply. We will not be contacting irrelevant profiles or freelancers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong English reading and writing skills.
- Coordinate daily communications with customers, providing updates and status reports.
- Ensure customer retention through excellent service.
- Support the sales and accounts departments as needed.
- Follow up on carriers and consignments effectively.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
