Job Description
Q-Links Property Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified HR Manager to join our Lake City Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing payroll, and facilitating recruitment activities. Key duties include:
- Ensuring accurate payroll processing and regulatory compliance
- Developing and implementing HR policies while maintaining employee records
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Fostering employee engagement and effectively addressing any grievances
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, along with 3-5 years of HR management experience and proficiency in HR software. We offer a competitive monthly salary of up to PKR 150,00.
