Job Description
Q Real Estate is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team located on Pine Avenue, Lahore. This pivotal role involves overseeing the contractual and financial dimensions of our construction projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on budget while upholding our commitment to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, conducting cost analysis, advising on procurement strategies, tracking design changes, negotiating contracts, and performing site visits to monitor work progress.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 5 years of experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in quantity surveying software.
